تم تصميم منهج بكالوريوس العلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية ليتوافق مع إطار التعليم المحلي ويقارن مع المؤسسات الدولية. يشتمل البرنامج على 30 ساعة معتمدة على الأقل في العلوم الأساسية والرياضيات، وما لا يقل عن 62 ساعة معتمدة في العلوم الهندسية والتصميم الهندسي ومهارات الاتصال، وما لا يقل عن 9 ساعات معتمدة من العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية باستثناء دورات اللغة والكتابة الفنية. تعتبر الخبرة العملية في المعمل والتركيز على الجوانب العملية من العناصر المهمة التي يتم دمجها في جميع أنحاء المناهج الدراسية. وهو مصمم لمنح الطلاب درجة بكالوريوس العلوم عند الانتهاء بنجاح من البرنامج الذي مدته أربع سنوات.
